Immunosuppression & lifestyle

Hi all, I’m due to start Kesimpta next week and was just wondering about how DMT’s affect lifestyle. I work in the hospital and was wondering if it’s still safe to do so? Also do DMTs affect travelling? In general do you have to be super careful for infection?

I started Kesimpta last week, I think you need to be more careful than the average person and keep up to date with seasonal vaccinations. I’m travelling abroad next month for the first time since diagnosis and it’s fine, I’ve planned my injections around it, travel insurance is hardly any different.
