Walking aids
To anyone this applies to, what were your feelings when you started using walking aids? I am pretty much at that point and just the thought of it scares me probably irrationally so

I've had a cane the past couple years but this year I have upgraded to a rollator for when I'm out for longer strolls like in the shopping centers or airport etc . I think of it as a tool to help me live my life a little easier . Having a ready to use seat has been a game changer when out and about
Thanks for your input I know it’s the right logical thing to do, what is a rollator?
