nervous

I'm starting to freak out a little at the minute.. possibly a couple reasons being: I turn 30 in a couple days :( But on 18th September 2013 my symptoms started with eyesight loss in right eye... So that was the start if my journey which hasn't been a great one but in terms of ms symptoms it's not been bad since dec. I massively blame ms for the shit I've had to go through this year and I've only just started to get back on track but I'm now nervous that it's going to start all over again.. is this normal that I am worrying so much or could it just be the thought of my birthday that is really stressing me out as I don't wanna be 30 lol!!!!

Happy 30th Birthday in a few days @Catfight ,all I can say is try and enjoy it for what it is.. a day, a number, a good excuse to have a few blow outs ;). It is such a shame that you are so young and have a diagnosis of MS but glad to hear that you are feeling that you getting back on track after a difficult time. I think when you have a significant birthday it can make you reflect on how your life is but maybe it can also be a fantastic turning point where you are able to promise yourself that by the age of 31 things will be more positive and you can aim for that goal.. Good luck and Best wishes

@Stumbler

I echo the comments of @northernlass , it is just a number. But, it is also a reason to reflect and these reasons occur from time to time. Once we reflect, our MS can become huge and we can feel a bit sorry for ourselves. That's only natural and only lasts until we put things back into perspective. Anyway, happy birthday, @katfight .
