Fatigue

The last couple of weeks my fatigue is so bad. Literally feel like all I wanna do is sleep. I have a 3 year old and work 5 days a week so this is pretty much impossible. I’ve been going to sleep a lot earlier and my partner sorts my little girl in the morning - however mid day and I feel like I’ve hit a brick wall. Is there anything anyone does to try over come it or? I used to be able to power on through but that doesn’t seem like a possibility anymore 🙃

I also go through this debilitating fatigue daily. Sometimes it's really bad, other times it's manageable. Don't be hard on yourself, and listen to your body and rest. Your partner being there for you is great - be sure to thank him when you can. Hopefully your work is understanding of your diagnosis, and can accommodate. For me, a lot of the times, I am exhausted come 2pm, till I have to go to sleep. Then my mind plays tricks on me and keeps me awake till the wee hours of the morning, so I end up getting little sleep and wake up like a truck hit me. I've tried to do little things to keep me going ie. when tired, get up and go for a walk (I do this at work a lot, go for walks down the hallways), or wash your face with cold water, or go outside in the cold (open the door for a little?). See if that helps.

@Jkoiou yeah as the months have went by it’s becoming increasingly difficult! I am ever so grateful for all he does because it is a lot more than he’s ever had to do simply because I have nooo energy now! Works quite awkward I have a large work load and I was meant to drop a day but it’s been over a month and that doesn’t look like it’s happening. I have the same problem some days I can’t get to sleep until stupid o’clock!! But more fresh air sounds like something that will probably help! Going to try taking a few more breaks and going outdoors thank you!
