Adult Subject - After Sex Issue
I have issues at night sometimes I get spasticity in my arms and legs. After I've had sex it's pretty much a guarantee, as it's warmer at the moment we've got a fan in the bedroom but even with that blasting on me (which can help on normal nights) I still get them. Anyone get the same? Any tips to try and lessen/stop it?
Your having too much fun 😂 Joking aside it must be a pain especially afterwards where you just want to relax & enjoy. I get the stiffness & pain on my right side which is the side my husband is on. I must admit he can see when I am in pain & always asks me if he should carry on? Hugging & talking always goes a long way ❤️
