How do you tackle fatigue on the daily?

I'm 24. That's pretty young and I should be bouncing around, no? Lol. But most days I feel as though I have zero energy, not even enough to move my hand. But I do it any way. I have to work to feed myself. I have responsibilities. I work from home so that's a bit easier, but simply getting up from the bed is difficult 9 days out of 10. I tried setting up a routine but its hella difficult to stick to one because of the uncertainty of my symptoms/their severity. I'm not on any medication for tackling fatigue either. Any mindful practices that might've helped you guys?

Exercise makes a massive difference. This is clinically proven, not just my hobby-horse. See Aaron Boster MD on YouTube as a jumping off point as to why. A mix of general cardio and structured high-intensity interval training makes a huge difference to me.

Hi Exercise is brilliant I make myself do some exercise everyday just going outside in fresh air makes a big difference with fatigue but I stopped having Gluten and it's made a huge difference to my fatigue
