Hello everyone, I haven’t been on here for a while but was looking for some advice. Has anyone ever been trying to get pregnant while having MS? I’m not sure if there’s extra vitamins I should be taking, anything else I should know. I’ve spoken to my neurologist and he was totally fine with everything so just curious
