MS Hacks: Mood, anxiety and wellbeing
Whether you have MS, think you might, or love somebody who does, it's only natural that the constant upheaval and uncertainty can sometimes feel like a bit too much. Just as we (try to) take care of our bodies, it is important that we do what we can to keep our minds in a better position to deal with what life hands us.
So, what do YOU do to manage your mood and mental wellbeing?
I have colouring books (and an app) so that I can spend at least five minutes a day keeping my mind clear of all the background "noise".
