Exercise..

I was diagnosed with MS in December 2021, completely unexpectedly. Before then I was very active, going to the gym couple times a week and doing home workouts/10-15k steps a day. Since then I'm really struggling to do anything, I don't know if its purely physical or if part of it is through fear of something happening, as I struggle badly with dizziness and I just feel very weak. Basically, my question is... what exercise do you do? What have you found helps you, but also isn't too strenuous on your body.
@MSAr

I dont do exercise but I walk sometimes in the outside but not these days its roasting outside or around my home or inside it for living my home is 2000 square meters

I've always been fit running marathons etc, until I had bad attack eight years ago, after that it was a struggle walking to the end of my street and I would have to sit down often! I slowly built up my fitness again and increased my distance daily, just didn't want to give into it. I signed up to a charity walk to give me focus and motivation, two years after my big attack in my spine I walked London to Brighton in under 23 hours. Now I walk daily, 10,000 ish steps. for me it feels like a way of putting two fingers up to MS, life feels better when I'm active, I over do it regularly, feel knackered often, but the positivity of exercise is something MS won't steel from me for as long as I can help it, good luck.
