For the last two days I've picked up on my head shaking, like I'm constantly doing a no expression with my head. I've never noticed it before but I'm noticing it more and more now when I'm sat still. I've also been getting some neuralgia again on my right side of head, like a burning feeling and shooting pains at the top of my spine, which can be so uncomfortable. Should I be letting my ms nurse know because of this new symptom or not? Thank you in advance :)
