Heat and pain

I haven’t felt much pain around my body for the past 6 months or so, and for the past few days I am getting regular pains all around my body mainly arms, elbows, legs, fingers, hands and wrists. Could this be the heat making the pain come on? Does anyone struggle more in the heat. If so does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you in advance

@danielle2805 yes heat makes my old symptoms flare up. The only way I can manage the discomfort is to lean into it (doesn’t always work of course) and cold packs - like frozen scarf things or go into a deep shade or blast car AC directly on my hands (where a lot of my pain resurfaces)
