MS and technology in 10 years time

Dita here, I joined the Shift.ms team a couple of months ago. You might have seen our MS Reports videos, well we're aiming to lots more with lots more experts and MS reporters across the UK so we'll be posting out to ask for questions soon. I'm going to be chatting to some MS professionals in Jan focusing on where we think technology in MS is going and where we think it's going to be in 10 years time. Whether it's new apps to help management, or wearable technology. So I want to put it out to the community, all ideas welcome, think big and crazy, what do you think will be available to you in 10 years' time?
@Naim

something to monitor and assist with telling me if my multivitamin intake is optimal for an individual who has MS or something that will notify me if i have a deficiency and I therefore need to increase my B Vitamin intake or my seratonin levels are low - basically something that can monitor an MS persons wellbeing from a vitamin point of view and notify the person if they need to increase there intake for certain levels of vitamins. something like a vitamin data chip. something that can also motivate us and keep us positive during our days. something that will reward us with a point system and remind us to exercise your cognitive skills like do a lumosity 10 minute training brain game everyday - that helps to improve memory , attention , multitasking and speed of thinking. or remind you to get some sun for the day or your sun exposure is too low or too high lol! or something that can monitor stress levels of your day ? to tell you if you in a good place or you need to cut back and chill and relax abit. i think we should have apps or chips that will assist with these "soft skills" and if we can get these things asissted with by being reminded in turn this can have a direct influence and effect on a good MRI report. I think it is an effort to manage all these things everyday - living this way is good bt requires constant motivation and constant effort - and i feel an app or chip can assist with these things being consistent in our daily lives and become a habit. Basically an app that will help us manage the holistic approach in life and ensure we on track. ie. vitamin intake, healthy eating , activity levels and mental health.

Thanks really helpful to hear what you think. Does anyone know of any existing apps that help with some of things around wellbeing that @naim brings up?
