In so much pain

Hi, I've been having stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulder area, my ms neurologist prescribed me Baclofen but it is not helping at all. I'm in tears writing this, can I take more pills or should I go to the e.r? Idk what to do but it hurts so much.

I would set appointment with your neurologist ASAP but in the meantime baclofen did not work for me either I would take an over-the-counter like Aleve Tylenol or Advil depending on your doctors advice just temporary until you see your doctor I'll be praying for you my dear I suffer from chronic pain due to MS. maybe ER will be a good option if you are in that much pain that way they'll give you proper medication
