Falling over

I fell in the shower tonight whilst washing my hair and my brain is in overdrive thinking is my ms getting worse or did I just slip.. There are days I really hate having MS

I'm sorry. Balance issues are part of MS. Doesn't mean there is a flare up, just means you may need sticky ducks on the floor or a shower chair. I have struggled having to use the help devices, but gave in and just the peace of mind is nice to have.

Agree hate living with MS. It tough every day after my shower my become cold the ice cold and pain. Takes several hours to get warm again .MS doesn't make any sense.
