Something new
Okay,since last night i have had this "cramp" in my right calf and the sole of my foot. Im not sure what to think of this..is it a new symptom..anyone experience anything like this?

MS can cause muscle spasms, a sudden contraction of the muscle(s), which can then lead to muscle cramps - a bit of a double-whammy! If it's the cramps that are causing the problem, then you need to gently stretch the affected muscles to fully extend them again. If you Google "Calf Stretch, you'll find some examples.
