Leg nerve pain

Please help with any advice or products to help. I'm due my next infusion next week but this old weather (-4) is having me in the worst pain I've left in my legs, ever! I've tried thermal leggings, long coats and an electric heat pad and straped it around my leg that's used for period pains (because I have numbness in my thigh, this caused the pad to start burning on my skin without me knowing 🙈) I work in retail so I'm on my feet a lot so I'm finding it really hard to keep my legs warm and have less pain😔 Any help is great please

I have a similar sensory pain—icy cold burning in my arms and legs. Even a cool breeze can set it off so when the weather gets really cold, I have a hard time. I used to work in retail and tried wearing thin mittens that peel back off your fingers. I too have tried electric blankets at home, dressing in layers, and even electric socks. My son just bought me an electric scarf for my birthday. It has a small rechargeable battery and warming pad that hits right at your shoulders. That would be my number 1 recommendation because you can be on the move with it. When I am sitting at home, and not physically active, I sometimes get fiercely cold…I’ll be hurting and take my temperature and never be higher than 97 degrees. If I wear a winter hat it greatly improves how I feel. Will they let you wear a fashionable winter hat at work? Try it at home and see if that helps. It’s not ideal but it makes a difference. Who knows, you may start a new fashion fad. It’s better than hurting! Glad to meet you. God bless!

@Criscross21 tha is so much. An electric scarf sounds right up my street! I'm wondering if I can tie it around my worse thigh 🤔 🙈 I absolutely don't care what I look like, as long as I'm not in pain! X
