Ocrevus and piercings

Good afternoon. I'm on Ocrevus for RRMS. I know the drug lowers your immune system and makes you more susceptible to infection. Is getting an ear piercing a really bad idea?

I hadn't really thought about how having a piercing whilst on certain treatments could be risky. I don't know the answer to that and look forward to seeing what other responses you get. however, I do know my tragus piercing has caused me some frustration when having an MRI - having to remove it and getting it re inserted by the piercer. I guess I need a plastic ring or something that's a bit less fiddly
