(Homecare) ofatumumab (KESIMPTA

Hi MSers.. I hope everyone is aswell as they can be.. 💜 💚 This Friday I am supposed to start my treatment (Homecare) ofatumumab (Kesimpta). I have to take my first dose in stages.. 4 doses for the first month.. I'm not sure how I am going to feel after starting the treatment (any side affects). I am due to take my daughter to Greece on the 18th June for a week for her 18th birthday! Does anyone use (Homecare) ofatumumab (Kesimpta)?? If so does anyone have any advice about it? Do you think I will be OK abroad with starting treatment.. Thanking you in advance
@Macstar

Hi I’ve been on kesimpta for a year now I was one of the lucky ones with no side effects. Injecting at night time helps because you can sleep off any minor side effects. In terms of going abroad I don’t really know but would think if you’ve been ok at home you should be ok. Do you have to inject while away or are you on the break week?

@SarahSidey

@Macstar thank you for your comment, that's good advice to inject at night👍🏼.. I'm usually good with injections, so hopefully will be OK.. I'm going to double check with my nurse weather it coinsides with my being abroad.. I'm not 100% sure how it is going to work out, I will speak with them on Friday x
