Brain fog/mental fatigue
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping you can help I got diagnosed with MS in September, but one of the symptoms I’m suffering with is brain fog/mental fatigue. I currently take Ginkgo Biloba but reading up it might be good to take B12 too, please can someone help it’s driving me mad 😢
Unless you're a vegan, you shouldn't need to take B12. I hear people have had some success with lion's mane? TBH, I think the only thing that has even slight evidence for mental fatigue is physical exercise - increases the neurotrophic factors, apparently. And graded rest.
I find it hard to know what is perimenopause fog and ms fog, tis all foggy at times for sure x
