Hi Robert, I’m interested to hear what tricks you have? Diet, supplements, exercise?
None of the above. I smoked for 20+ years but decided to quit. So I did. But noticed shortly after my MS got worse. So I talked to my doctor and she told me it was the nicotine in the cigarettes that helped, but not the other poisons in them. She suggested a nicotine vape pen so I tried it. My MS has returned to its original progression and no long gaining speed. All I'm saying is it worked for me.
