What does MS Fatigue feel like?
I feel tired but only when I’m ready to sleep. Wondering if my lack of mobility is due to muscle fatigue in my legs

I think everone's fatigue is their own personal experience. Mine is generally a slow start in the morning, building to a productive morning, lunchtime and afternoon, turning into a major slump by 4pm, when I often have to sleep for 2 hours (not always entirely convenient). After that, my energy levels are pretty good until about 11pm. I believe MS fatigue is more to do with nerves than muscles, but others may disagree.
I don't sleep during the day. I'm not tired then. It might be nerves not firing
