Buttock pain

Has anyone had problems with buttock pain when sitting? The neurologist, MS nurses and orthopaedic surgeon have no idea what it is and no answers. I am thin, have some muscle wasting and am less mobile than I used to be. I have tried 2 specialist cushions that don't help Thanks

I don’t get pain exactly but I experience a vibrating feeling on the right side. It feels like there’s a phone stuck inside me on vibrate and it keeps me awake for ages. I started using CBD oil about 6 weeks ago and it seems to be less regular now.

Could it be a hip problem? The pain I have from my hip is around buttocks and groin area
