Time off of work?

I’m young so I’m not completely understanding of my rights or how to go around things. My MS has gotten worse I cannot walk very well or see and my parents have recommended time off of work. Do I need a sick note to do this, is that possible?

Yes, see you local GP, as they can and will give you a sick note if you explain how MS is effecting you. Good luck
