Vitamins

How does everyone deal with the idea of supplements? Do you get your Vitamin D? Have you tried things like creatine, B12 and Lion's mane? I'm currently taking all of these, and Magnesium. I've found Vit D to be really beneficial when it comes to feeling tired etc. Has anyone discovered any other supplements that aid them?

When fatigue strikes I find it so hard to deal with. However, since I started taking an Iron supplement everyday, it's way less frequent! I take one called Spatone, it's liquid and I add to whatever I'm having with my dinner

I was told by my neurologist to take high strength vitamin D daily.
