Hello there, Just wondering if anyone has tried Low dose Naltrexone for MS only to find that it has made ms symptoms worse or bring on a relapse.... I started on 3mg ldn and I was fine but when I increased it brought on a relapse. Was prescribed 3mg for 2 weeks then 4.5mg. I gave it 3 weeks on higher dose but have stopped now. My consultant is away until the end of the month.
