Severe back pain

Hey y’all! I’m new (4 weeks into diagnosis) and trying to figure this all out. Does anyone get severe back pain? Sharp, shooting pain in your back. Doesn’t feel like muscle soreness it’s more my spine. Does anyone else have this? How do you help with your pain ?

Hi👋 I suffer horrendous pain in my back and neck which I often describe as fire back, it's a burning sensation. It is the nerves which is causing it. I am medicated with a combination of pregabalin cocodamol and amitriptyline which helps . Theres still some days where nothing will help and I am out of action but i cannot cope at all without my medication. I hope you get some relief 🧡

Thanks for writing me back! Unfortunately I’m allergic to both gabapentin and amitriptyline. Taking cbd/thc oil with t3 but find it completely debilitating when the ‘attack’ happens like that
