Insomnia

I’m new here. My brain doesn’t shut down. I can take all the meds to sleep. Still can’t sleep. I was diagnosed in 2021. Was dealing with Post Concussion Syndrome after a TBI in 2017. Retired now at 46.

I actually have the same problem the insomnia just started a few months ago and I’m not sure if it’s a part of having ms or a symptom of a flare up
