Crutches v walker for stamina

Does anyone have any thoughts re 2 X crutches against a walker in terms of enabling me to build my stamina for walking? My ego is opting for the crutches on every occasion, but I tire fairly quickly, really have no concept how far I am able to manage comfortably without so doing, and then the urgent requirement to rest without warning, clearly point to the latter option. However, the walker, despite being incredibly fortunate to have offered it (brand spanking new "trendy" model, well it is all relative, by the Physio, it really does totally label me as "disabled" to all and this is an extremely difficult realisation, albeit temporary. I attempted it today, and the beauty of it was that there is a seat that may be used at any time, and it is foldable. It is of course a "no brainier" in some respects, but was wondering if a walker enables to greater stamina to be built up, or crutches enable you to walk further with a little less support? Msny thanks...

@monica2015 I think whether you use a walker or crutches as long as your moving its building up stamina. There are some days I don't use my cane when sometimes I should as my balance can turn on me at any moment. I say do what is comfortable for you and know that any movement with whatever aid you use will build up your stamina. I would assume the one that allows you to go for longer bursts of movement would be the better one as far as increasing your fitness level.
