How do I feel you ask? First of all I’m having horrible eye pain and spotty blurred vision.My balance is oddly unsteady. The muscles in my back are jumping and hurt terribly bad. I have a radiating pain in the base of my back shooting down my legs.The pain is to a point of a almost numbing sensation. Moreover, pain in back is causing me to feel like I have to urinate frequently. I have been feeling like this for almost two in a half weeks. I am exhausted from pain.

Sounds familiar. My advice would be to speak to your GP. Pain is treatable and you should get some support. They may go for something codeine-based like Zapain if it's a shorter term issue as it works quickly. I have PPMS so the pain is not going away, and was prescribed Naproxen to take twice a day. It makes the pain manageable. Hope this helps, even if as an example of what has helped someone else with MS and similar symptoms
