UTI but not UTI

From time to time I am having this pain and symptoms like UTI, but it only last several hours. Hot bottle and paracetamol only help a little bit. Would anyone recommend how to deal with this pain? I suspect if I go to GP they will tell me is MS related, nothing can be done 😒

It could be Interstitial cystitis if it’s been going on for more than 6 weeks. You could try taking antihistamines to relieve the pain if not then Elmiron can be used to treat it if it is this but it’s prescription only and usually given if changes in diet haven’t had an effect. You should talk to your GP about it, if they blame the MS just argue it or even get another GP.

Sounds like spasticity to me. Do you have an MS nurse you can talk to about it?
