Railcard Failcard!

So after reading posts and threads on here about applying for a disabled persons railcard I was sceptical about selected another option as there is no option for MS but emailed them and they gave exactly the same advice: I would like to advise that the eligibility criteria for this Railcard is currently under review and a few more conditions will be added to it soon. In the meanwhile, we temporarily recommend our customers to select any option and upload their eligibility document for MS to enable them to purchase the Railcard until the criteria is updated. I would, therefore, recommend that you currently apply for it by selecting any option online BUT THE DAY AFTER APPLYING I got an email asking for more information about my epilepsy🤬 We’ve received & reviewed the photocopy of your prescription; however, we also require a copy of your Exemption Certificate for the Epilepsy medication. They didn’t review it very well! I have replied to both emails but I will also be looking at their complaints procedure😤 THEY BOTH CAME FROM THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!

Wonder if they use some sort of automatic email system? It's honestly ridiculous, it shouldn't be this much of a struggle.

I contacted the Railcard people on Twitter and they were very helpful. They asked me to share letter from GP with them, they reviewed and told me I was eligible. They then asked me to email the letter to [email protected], and then ring 03456 050525 to make payment. That number is available every day from 7am to 10pm. Hope that helps!
