Walking in the dark...

I have recently discovered i cant walk properly in the dark if the ground isn't flat!! I have just come back from a holiday in Bali where i had the worst trouble ever walking at night. The ground was really cracked and uneven and i really struggled with it. Does anyone else have the same problem??

That may be something to ask a physio. I seem to remember when I went for a physio assessment at my MS Therapy Centre there was a certain test that was done and it was looking at basically being aware of where your joints are (or something like that!) when you can't actually see them or your surroundings properly. I can't remember the exact name for it now though!
