Ways to cope with pain

Hello everyone, I just recently been diagnosed with M.S I’m only 16 and I have a meeting next month for what medications and treatment I can have but I don’t how to cope with the pain or how to make the pain ease can anyone help
@Grapplingms

Pain medication can be very helpful in managing chronic pain, but it's important to be aware of the dangers and potential for addiction. The opioid crisis has been fueled in part by drug companies lying about the addictive nature of opioid painkillers, leading to widespread over prescription and abuse. This has resulted in millions of people becoming addicted, including many who took these drugs as prescribed for pain. It's important to always follow the instructions of a medical professional when taking any type of pain medication, and to be aware of the potential for addiction. If you feel that you may have developed an addiction, it's important to seek help as soon as possible. There are many resources available, including support groups, rehabilitation programs, and medication-assisted treatment options. Remember, the road to recovery starts with acknowledging the problem and seeking help. I'm telling you this as someone that went through this.

Hi. Pain management can be an actual pain! Lol It's finding the right meds or alternative ways to help. Pilates/yoga, stretching the muscles can help stiffness. I also find warm baths help. Talk to your doctor about different pain meds. Pregabalin is prob the best for nerve pain. Your young, stay fit and healthy. Start a good high efficacy DMT. N you'll do well.
