Acupuncture

Hi I have terrible back and hip pain. Today I tried acupuncture and cupping for the first time. I will Give it a few sessions to decide whether it’s helping or not. Has anyone tried this and has it helped with their MS symptoms?

Hi yes I have had Acupuncture and found it really helped my nerve pain but I found I had to go for a few weeks before I noticed I wasn't having so much and I did have more energy as well the only reason I stopped I needed to go to a Functional doctor and couldn't afford to go to both,I have Tens machine and that really helps with pain but you need to keep using regular to get the full benefit

I have had accupuncture, its helps. I recently started reflexology, it makes a noticeable difference
