So 4 days In and my symptoms are worse than where be4 I went on infusion and new spasms in hands feet and keeping me awake still head killing me

Hi Keith - Not side effects I've experienced but it is probably worth letting your neurologist / MS Nurse know as it may be Ocrevus isn't for you or they can give you something to help. My philosophy is that it's always better to let the people with medical degrees know about issues, especially when the treatment is so recent. Hope things improve for you.
