Have just fallen. I don't know what happened, if I blacked out or not. For once my hand saved me instead of my head. It's stupidly sore and so is my arm for some reason. My head is about to explode and everything looks dark and hazy. The family are due to go out in a bit but mum says I can't be left alone. I also know that going out for a day even in the wheelchair isn't going to help. I doubt I'd make it from the front door to the car. I just want to sleep. Don't know what to do.
