Stress and anxiety
Hello dear MSers 🙂 What do you usually do when you are experiencing extreme stress and anxiety? Any advice for psychohygiene? 🙂 Thank you.

I'm fortunate enough to live in a semi-rural area, and I've found great improvement in my mental state after I made a point to sit out back for a bit every afternoon. I stare at the trees, look for wild animals, and enjoy a bit of sunshine. I have neighbors close on both sides, but if I stare straight ahead I can pretend they're not there.
I write everything down. Everything. Get it on paper, so it's not buzzing around my brain all day long. Then I concentrate on the top three "worries" and deal with them, I let everything else sort itself out. Exercise regularly and watch what I eat.
