Fatigue has smacked me in the face today

Has been niggling all week but has knocked me off my feet today. Don’t even want to be sat upright and my muscles are so tight and sore. So annoyed! I wanted to decorate my son’s room today. Hopefully it won’t last too long.

Thanks 😊. It’s not that kind of ‘everyday’ ms fatigue. I have a good diet, exercise regularly, no other conditions and the only drug I take is my dmt. Sometimes I just get floored out of the blue and I don’t think anything can prevent it! I’m sure others get this too. I had a full on complete paralysis relapse a few years back and I sometimes wonder if it’s those lesions grumbling as my body really doesn’t want to go!
