Hi all, I’m 2 years post diagnosis and I feel I am finally understanding what MS fatigue feels like. I’m just coming out of a sensory flare in my legs and I’m absolutely exhausted without doing anything particularly strenuous. It just comes out of nowhere. Is this something you all experience? How long do waves of fatigue last for people? It would be interesting to hear different experiences of fatigue and how you all deal with it. Thanks all.
