Yes, it is a daily struggle. Weather right now is not great near buffalo, so it doesn't help moral or joints. Think one positive a day, like I can still wiggle my toes or I can remember my birthday...I find it helps.
Hi. I was told it is normal to feel sad when you have MS. Working out if it is because of the disease, or because of how the disease makes one feel 🤷♀️. I was recommended to see my GP. Apparently antidepressants can help. I had some counselling. This helped me. Good luck. I hope you can find something that works for you.
