Trainers recommendation?
Hi folks, have got myself a PT to try and work on my balance & core stability but in need of some appropriate footwear! Anyone recommend any trainers? Need something super supportive, don’t suffer with foot drop but I like to feel like my foot is fully held and supported.

Vivobarefoot for me all the way.
after buying a pair of adidas trainers with a high ankle line I found the added support around my ankle helped me stop tripping over. I think they were called hiking shoes, but am sure other brands are available.
