Single AGAIN :-(

I thought I had a fab boyfriend, all was well. I had a relapse and had to quit my sports and was home a lot unable to do much. My fella cheated on me and left me, apparently i wasn't the same person he fell in love with any more.. I'm now worrying that my MS will always effect my relationships :-(
@Becks

It took me a long time and kissed some frogs before I found a great guy who is not phased by my ms - since we met 5 years ago, I have become extremely ill, my ms became aggressive and non-responsive to treatment and yet we were married a year ago! I promise there are good 'uns out there it just takes a while and some knocks to find 'em but he was worth waiting for so good luck - happy hunting!! :-)

@CaptainKristoff

I think it will always affect relationships as it's a big part of our lives. It affected mine with my girlfriend in a positive way as it bought us even closer together. If you weren't the "same person he fell in love with" then he should of ended things before going off else where, the fact he cheated on you suggests he really isn't worth much. There are definitely people who ARE worth being with, and I think having something like MS helps you see them for what they are a lot sooner! Best of luck with the next guy!
