Will my numbness go away?

I'm very blessed. I was diagnosed with MS when I was 20. (2003) I have only had one bad exacerbation. It was when I was going through a divorce. Well, I have the common symptoms like fatigue or problems with balance. Ok. Lol. Here's my question. My toes have felt numb for a few months. I can feel myself touch them. They still feel numb and it's starting to bother me. I'm wondering if anyone has had this last for so long. Like I said, I'm very blessed. Normally everything clears up after a week to a month. This hasn't. I normally notice it mostly in the evening or at night. I also have panic attacks. I know that can cause numbness, but it's never lasted like thisthough. I'm sorry for rambling on. Thanks in advance.

@elizabeth_seals , you'll find you notice it more in the evening or at night due to the absence of the majority of diversionary stimuli around us through the day. I doubt if the numbness is caused by any physical problem. MS can cause us a variety of sensory symptoms, where the brain and particular nerve endings can't communicate accurately. If the brain does not know what's going on, it can't instruct the body to make any necessary changes. You could try some stretching exercises, like standing on tiptoes, to try and re-establish the neural pathways.
