How do you create a healthy, balanced lifestyle?

Can't someone just do it for me? 😢 How have you tried to create a balanced lifestyle for yourself. What works? And what doesn't work? Leave your thoughts in the comments below 👇

I'm working on it!, got a PT so following a programme, I've always tried to do cardio but want to focus on strength. Also try and eat more protein, focus on what you can do not want you cant!


Cutting things from our lives can be difficult. Rather than cutting something out, perhaps reduce it instead 🤷‍♀️. I can’t cut my coffee from my life. I have reduced my caffeine to two cups (very large ones) in the morning only. I have cut late night coffee, or coffee after an evening meal. If you wish to make changes I think they have to be sustainable. All the best.
