Relapses

What do those of you with relapsing remitting define as a relapse? Since my diagnosis in Sept 2018 after developing optic neuritis I have been plagued with different symptoms on pretty much a fortnightly basis and i'm becoming so disheartened and unwilling to allow myself to be in certain situations in case I wake up the next day with a new symptom! I'm hoping you lovely bunch can share some flare up stories 😊
@MamaWals

Are they new symptoms? Are they brought on by stress, heat, or sickness? How long do they last?

@doxielover Sorry to jump in. But from personal experience STRESS kicked it all off for me, the usual stuff, WORK, money and kids! I loved my job but it took its toll out on me. Good job my wife used to be a bank manager so that sorted the money out ish. Kids have left home now, happy days I get to put my feet on their furniture which I kinda make a point of! Brain and body is slowly giving out so that's put paid to WORK. So being as STRESS free as you can really really helps. Easier said than done I'm afraid.
