My week

Since daylight savings time stated, my sleep schedule has been out of whack. Most nights this week, I can't get to sleep at a decent hour. If I do fall asleep, I'm only asleep a few hours. I'm up until 3, 4, 5 'o clock in the morning. I've tried to do things to regulate it and get my schedule back on track, but nothing helps. Coupled with feelings of sadness, I just feel "off" recently 😔. Luckily, I have an appointment with my nurse practitioner in a few days. So I'll be addressing these issues with her to see if we can come to some sort of resolution. 🙏🏿

I am praying for you and for some relief. Lack of sleep among the other experiences you are having are certainly challenging. I find that when my sleep gets off, Lemon Balm tea helps a lot. During the day, Applemint tea helps me to feel refreshed and with a bit more energy. I use these teas quiet strongly. Everyone is different, but I hope this helps. If you have a yard, these herbs will grow freely.


I had trouble sleeping for the longest time until I started using CBD gummies. I find I get to sleep, stay asleep and my symptoms are less of a struggle the next day. I cannot use THC because it makes me so ill- but CBD has been helpful so far.
