Disability Benefits
Sooooo, I got denied disability benefits for the second time. Can anyone give me some advice? Of course, I'm going to fight this. I just think it's crazy that SSA is making these decisions based off paperwork and not talking to the person or evaluating them medically first. I literally have confirmation from EDD saying I'm not eligible to work and my own nurse practitioner practically medically retired me, stating she will never release to work again. So, this is my next obstacle I have to tackle. 💪🏿💪🏿
I'm sorry to hear this. I don't know where you live but in the UK. I got my disability and its for life. I renew it every few years but unless MS is curable I will likely stay on the same. I would definitely appeal it and make sure you send all info in with it too. They have to re look at it. X
What do they give , if any, as an explanation for this obviously well thought-out decision?
