Small Fiber Neuropathy (SFN)

Is there anyone out there diagnosed with MS and also small fiber neuropathy? Is small fiber neuropathy pain treated with different medications? Or are these conditions considered all part of MS? I have read that small fiber neuropathy pain is treated with Lyrica, Cymbalta (similar to MS). But also read that IVIG (inter venous immunoglobulins) may be helpful. Has anyone received treatment for both MS and SFN? Any sharing is greatly appreciated!

Hi I see no one responded to your post from very long ago but I think I am now in the same boat as you. What are you taking to help with your SFN? I am taking 1500mg of Gabapentin and it is not touching the pain for me. Looking for suggestions.
