Pre Menstrual symptom shake up
Does anyone else experience a symptom wobble a few days before their period? My brain fog and cognition problems seem to get a bit lairy then ease off a few days into it. Does anyone notice the same?

Hi. My cycle effects my temperature, which can cause pseudo symptoms. Especially during the night. HRT can regulate menopausal symptoms. Women can experience fluctuations of hormones up to ten years prior to menopause. It’s called peri menopause. This can cause all kinds of symptoms. A GP should be able to help. Good luck.
My MS Team have also suggested that with my age I’m in the catergory of peri-menopausal as my symptoms of brain fog, pins and needles and spasms and I cannot regulate my temperature just before my period descends on me and then when it’s arrived my body and mind loose all bearings!! Fun times!! But definitely speak to either your doctor or MS team to see where they want to steer you!! 🧡
