Can’t sleep

Hi everyone, I’m on steroids injections in the hospital for second day and nearly can’t sleep. I fall asleep as normal, 11pm ish -12 am, but make up around 4-5 am, and that’s it. Did this happen to anyone of you? Do you have any hacks? Cause obviously I don’t feel refreshed and rested when I wake up 🥴

Hey , I was on steroids for 5 days in the hospital , they gave me a sleeping tablet I hospital which really helped x
